Spark Holiday Challenge 2017- Totally Revamped!!

It's that time of year again! Let's work together to stay healthy and keep those pounds off this holiday season. Join the Spark Holiday Challenge to keep your workouts on track and those bodies feeling great. 
Read on for details on this year's totally updated and revamped challenge!

Friday, November 24th through Saturday, December 30th try to do the following things most days:

-Workout 30 minutes
-Sleep 7 hours
-Avoid alcoholic beverages

You will be rewarded one point per day for each activity completed.  
Coach Angela will check in with a tracking sheet on a weekly basis and there will also be 
periodic bonus point opportunities. 

What's the catch?
This year you are only competing against YOU. There are 35 days in the challenge (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will be freebies) so a total of 105 points available (not including bonus points). 
Anyone who finishes with a point total of 90 or above will be able to claim the prize. 
That means you can miss 3 points per week, and possibly 1 or 2 more if you complete the weekly bonuses. 

This year's prize will be:
$35 any future Spark Destination, Recharge, Training Package or Online Coaching 
Not valid for single training sessions or group training (run club or swim group)

-To stay active in the contest you must respond to Angela's weekly check in email with tracking sheet by designated deadline.
